Generations This acrylic painting was meant to be a powerful image of time. The man and child represent a new generation. The sun is setting on the old generation and old ways as the new generation faces the unknown, mysterious future masked by clouds. The city and industry represents how technology moves quickly, where nature will sustain through generations. The shadows resemble a sundial to enforce the idea of time passing.
