Edite has been a weaver for a number of years. During this time, she has been a member of the
Sarnia Handweavers and Spinners Guild. She prefers to work with natural fibres, linen, wool, silk and cotton.
Her designs are strongly influenced by her Latvian and Scandinavian heritage. She has three floor looms, table
and inkle looms and she will be demonstrating weaving techniques during the tour.
